Using haha emoji with the intention of making fun of someone on Facebook has been banned.
According to details, Ahmadullah, a well-known Bangladeshi cleric on the internet, has issued a fatwa that it is haraam to use them haha emoji on Facebook with the intention of making fun of someone.

Mufti Ahmadullah, who has more than 2.2 million followers on Facebook and YouTube, has released a video.
In the released video, it can be seen that Mufti Ahmadullah is forbidding the use of the 'haha' emoji on Facebook.
According to Ahmadullah, people use it to ridicule others, which Islam does not allow.
"If this emoji is used on a funny post and it is not meant to make fun of the person who posted it, then it is permissible," he explained.
However, if you use this emoji to make fun of the person who posted it, it is strictly forbidden in Islam.
"For God's sake, I urge you all to stay away from this practice," he said.
Mufti Ahmadullah said that if you show the heart of a Muslim, he can swear at you.
